The Parkfield Bluegrass Festival is run by the Bluegrass Music Society of the Central Coast, a registered non-profit, and an all volunteer team. We invite you to join this team of bluegrass enthusiasts and help bring something special to your community.

Volunteering Perks

  • for just 12 hours of service, you’ll receive a 4-day Parkfield Bluegrass festival ticket including:

    • Performances

    • camping

    • Workshops

  • Flexible schedules

  • Fun and supportive team

Who we’re looking for

  • Team players with skills in: construction, maintenance, plumbing, electricity, customer service, first aid, security, or food preparation

  • Volunteer tasks include: pre-festival setup, post-festival teardown, venue maintenance, ticket sales, wristband checks, band hospitality, and festival security.

  • All volunteer roles require physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting, so good physical health is a must.
