Parkfield Volunteers are the heart, soul, & backbone of the festival
The Parkfield Bluegrass Festival is run by the Bluegrass Music Society of the Central Coast, a registered non-profit, and an all volunteer team. We invite you to join this team of bluegrass enthusiasts and help bring something special to your community.

for just 12 hours of service, you’ll receive a 4-day Parkfield Bluegrass festival ticket including:

Who we’re looking for
Team players with skills in: First Aid, Construction, Customer Service, Technical Support, Food Preparation, & Retail
Volunteer tasks include: Pre-Festival Set-up, First Aid, Safety, Ticket Gate, Information Booth, Wrist Band Checkers, Merchandise Booth, Raffle Booth, Hospitality Food Prep, Kids Music Camp, Kids Crafts, & Post-Festival Teardown
All volunteer roles require physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting, so good physical health is a must.
